InstallerCCTV wants people with disabilities to be able to browse our store, read product information, and place an order. We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We have not fully met that standard yet.

This page explains our goal, the limits we know about, and how to get help if something on the site is hard to use.

What web accessibility means

An accessible site lets visitors use the page with a keyboard, a screen reader, sufficient color contrast, and other assistive tools, with a similar level of ease as other visitors.

What we are doing

Our store is built on Wix. We use Wix’s accessibility features where they are available, and we are improving our own content. Current and planned work includes:

  • Setting the site language to English

  • Writing product and policy pages in plain language

  • Adding alternative text to product images as we update listings

  • Keeping a phone and email path so you can order or ask questions without using every control on the page

  • Fixing layout problems that block use on smaller screens (including horizontal scrolling and clipped navigation)

We do not claim that every page currently meets WCAG 2.2 AA.

Known limits

These are issues we know about. They do not cover every possible problem.

  • Some pages are not fully usable on a small phone screen. Navigation and hero content can be clipped, and a horizontal scrollbar may appear.

  • Some images still have weak or missing alternative text.

  • Heading structure is inconsistent on older pages.

  • Color contrast on some banners and sale graphics may be insufficient.

  • Checkout, payments (PayPal, Apple Pay, card processors), and carrier tracking are provided by third parties. We do not control how accessible those tools are.

  • Video or audio, if added later, may not always include captions until we add them.

If a limit stops you from completing a purchase or reading a policy, contact us. We will help you by phone or email.

Other ways to shop or get information

You do not have to finish every step on the website.

We can take an order, confirm stock, read a product specification, or send a policy in another format (for example a plain-text or large-print version of this page).

Compatibility

The site is intended to work on current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, on desktop and mobile. Assistive technology support depends in part on Wix and on your browser.
