I wasn't confident in the UL listed claim, so I wrote to Underwriters Laboratories. They confirmed that the listing is genuine.
At the time of writing, the ad claims that the power supply is a Meanwell. It is actually unbranded and was made by Something High Electric Company of Xiamen, China (yes, I wrote to them too). This claim is why the seller lost a star, and they do not make this claim on their own website.
The PCB is frugal, but there are no manufacturing defects and it is fine for this application. Two of the fuse holders in mine were slightly deformed, probably during assembly, but their function is not affected.
The enclosure is pretty good, no complaints there.
The whole thing works fine and I would buy again.
